Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (169 g) softened butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups oats
Recipe
- Oven: 325°F = 165°C
- Mix sugar and butter until fluffy. Agg egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold in oats.
- Add other mix-ins (dried fruits, chocolate, nuts).
- Bake 10-14 minutes (1 tbsp balls of dough well apart).
