Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup (113 g) cold butter
- 2 tbsp cold water
Recipe
- Cut butter into pieces.
- Mix flour, salt, sugar. Add butter, mix with a blender.
- Add water, work with hands to make a dough but do not overwork (add max. 2 more tbsp water if needed).
- Flatten dough into disk. Wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough out into a floured surface.
- Oven: 375 °F = 190 °C. 30 min.
