Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) orecchiette pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomato
- 8 ounces ( 227 g) mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
Recipe
- Cook the pasta.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
- Slice the basil leaves.
- Cool the pasta down and mix: pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil.
- Season with olive oil, sea salt and maybe pepper and balsamic vinegar.
