Caprese pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) orecchiette pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomato
  • 8 ounces ( 227 g) mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves

Recipe

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
  3. Slice the basil leaves.
  4. Cool the pasta down and mix: pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil.
  5. Season with olive oil, sea salt and maybe pepper and balsamic vinegar.
