Ingredients
Pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker (butter cookies)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 7 tbsp (100 g) butter, melted
Filling
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (250 g ?)
- 1/2 cup lime juice (4 limes)
- 1 tsp lime zest
Recipe
Pie crust
- Crush cookies in a blender.
- Mix cookies, brown sugar, cinnamon, pinch of salt. Add melted butter and stir.
- Put baking paper at the bottom of a pie dish. Drop the cookie mixture and press tight to make a crust.
- Oven: 325 °F = 165 °C. Bake crust for 10 minutes, or until it browns.
Filling
- Mix condensed milk, lime juice and zest.
- Whip whipping cream. Fold into the lime mixture.
- Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
