Ingredients
- 400 g penne pasta
- 2 chorizo sausages
- 2 tbsp (28 g) butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Recipe
- Cook pasta.
- Slice chorizo. Heat some olive oil in pan, cook chorizo (4 min, medium-high, until brown). Drain on paper towel.
- Mince garlic. Add butter to pan, cook garlic (2 min). Add flour, whisk and cook until browned (1 min). Add chicken broth and cook, whisking (1 min, don’t thicken ?).
- Mince sundried tomatoes. Grate Parmesan. Stir in cream, tomatoes, parmesan, herbs and spices, let thicken a bit (1 min). Adjust seasoning.
- Add in pasta and chorizo, mix in.
