Potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parmesan

Recipe

  1. Oven: 375 °F = 190 °C.
  2. Slice potatoes into wedges.
  3. Coat potatoes with olive oil.
  4. Grate parmesan. Sprinkle on potatoes and coat.
  5. Mix all spices. Sprinkle potatoes and coat.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes, tossing mid-way.
  7. Use cream with herbs and garlic as a deep.
