Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp (42 g) butter, very cold
- 1/4 cup rosemary
- 6 ounces (170 g) fresh goat cheese
- 1 cup + 4 tbsp cream
Recipe
- Oven: 400 °F = 190 °C.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, pepper. Grate butter and rub it in.
- Chop rosemary, add to preparation with goat cheese crumbled and 1 cup + 3 tbsp cream.
- Stir with a fork into a sticky ball.
- Knead 6-7 times.
- Roll out to 1 inch thickness. Cut rounds.
- Brush biscuits with 1 tbsp cream.
- Bake 20 min.

Experience
- 20/10/2020: put 1+ cup of sourdough instead of cream. put both goat cheese and emmental. put both chives and rosemary. very tasty.
- 25/10/2020: put only 1 cup flour. 1/4 cup + 1tbsp sourdough instead of cream. both emmental and lebaneh, both chives and rosemary.
- 09/11/2020: 1.5 cup flour. 265g sourdough instead of cream. Emmental and goat cheese. Only chives. It wasn’t great, dry and lacked flavour.
