Ingredients
- 6 ounces (170 g) cheddar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened (56 g)
- 3/4 cup flour (107 g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp milk
Recipe
- Oven: 350 °F = 180 °C
- Pulse all ingredients but cheese in blender until crumbs.
- Add milk, form dough.
- Flatten out into 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into 1 inch squares. Poke hole in center of crackers.
- Bake 12-15 min.
