Cheese crackers

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces (170 g) cheddar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened (56 g)
  • 3/4 cup flour (107 g)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp milk

Recipe

  1. Oven: 350 °F = 180 °C
  2. Pulse all ingredients but cheese in blender until crumbs.
  3. Add milk, form dough.
  4. Flatten out into 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut into 1 inch squares. Poke hole in center of crackers.
  6. Bake 12-15 min.
