Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (1 + 1)
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Recipe
- Slice chicken breast. Slice mushrooms.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan (medium heat). Cook chicken slices (season). Set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil, and sauté the mushrooms.
- Add red wine, boil for 1-2 min.
- Add chicken broth, cream, mustard, garlic powder.
- Simmer for 10 min (thickens). Put chicken back, 1-2 min.
