Pumpkin pie

Ingredients

  • pie crust
  • 15 oz (425 g) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs

Recipe

  • Oven: 400 °F = 200 °C.
  • Roll out pie crust in round pan.
  • Mix all ingredients except eggs. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Pour into crust, bake for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce oven to 350 °F = 180 °C. Bake for 40 min (until not jiggly in the center).
