Ingredients
- pie crust
- 15 oz (425 g) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
Recipe
- Oven: 400 °F = 200 °C.
- Roll out pie crust in round pan.
- Mix all ingredients except eggs. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Pour into crust, bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 350 °F = 180 °C. Bake for 40 min (until not jiggly in the center).
