Roasted carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (900 g) carrots
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove

Recipe

  1. Oven: 400 °F = 200 °C.
  2. Peel the carrots and slice in long quarters.
  3. Mix all the sauce ingredients.
  4. Toss the carrots in the sauce.
  5. Cook 20-30 min.
