Ingredients
- 2 pounds (900 g) carrots
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
Recipe
- Oven: 400 °F = 200 °C.
- Peel the carrots and slice in long quarters.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients.
- Toss the carrots in the sauce.
- Cook 20-30 min.
