Ingredients
Salad
- 120 g (more like 80-100 g) croutons (or grilled bread)
- 2 chicken breast (500 g)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 200 g bacon (optional)
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 2 lettuces
- 1 avocado (optional)
- 1/2 cup (45 g) parmesan, shaved
Dressing
- 2/3 cup (170 g) yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 tbsp parmesan, grated
Recipe
Salad
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally. Rub chicken breast with garlic powder and salt. Grill in olive oil.
- Grill bacon strips.
- Boil eggs and chop.
- Slice avocado.
- Wash and slice lettuce.
- Shave parmesan.
- Mix all with dressing.
Dressing
- Shop olives finely.
- Press garlic.
- Grate parmesan.
- Mix all ingredients and salt/pepper.
