Ingredients
Chicken marinade
- 2.2 lbs (1 kg) chicken breast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- ¾ cup cream
- 2 tbsp (28 g) butter
- fresh coriander
Recipe
Marinade
- Chop chicken in 1 inch cubes.
- Combine all marinade ingredients, massage chicken, marinate overnight or while preparing curry.
Sauce
- Chop onions and mince garlic.
- Heat oil in pan. Cook onions super slowly, about 20 min, adding water if they brown.
- Add garlic. Stir in spices and salt. Add tomatoes. Then add cream. Blend.
- Simmer sauce. Add chicken. Cover and cook for 12 min.
- Stir in butter, season.
