Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 1 salmon fillet (3 lb. = 1.4 kg)
- salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp (84 g) butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
Recipe
- Oven: 350 °F = 176 °C.
- Thinly slice lemons. Mince garlic.
- Put aluminium on a baking tray and butter.
- Lay lemon slices in the center.
- Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper. Place over lemons.
- Mix butter, honey, garlic, thyme, oregano. Pour over salmon.
- Fold foil around the salmon, not on top.
- Bake for 25 min.
- Broil for 2 min.
