Roasted salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 salmon fillet (3 lb. = 1.4 kg)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp (84 g) butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano

Recipe

  1. Oven: 350 °F = 176 °C.
  2. Thinly slice lemons. Mince garlic.
  3. Put aluminium on a baking tray and butter.
  4. Lay lemon slices in the center.
  5. Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper. Place over lemons.
  6. Mix butter, honey, garlic, thyme, oregano. Pour over salmon.
  7. Fold foil around the salmon, not on top.
  8. Bake for 25 min.
  9. Broil for 2 min.
