Avocado hazelnut shallots salad

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 handful hazelnut
  • apple cider vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt

Recipe

  1. Dice the avocado. Mince the shallot thinly.
  2. Roast the hazelnuts and chop roughly.
  3. Mix all in, and season with apple cider vinegar (put probably double what your instinct tells you), olive oil, sea salt.
  4. You could put hazelnut butter in it, but it’s really not adding so much.

from me! I improvised a recipe by thinking of what builds a good salad, soft, fat, acidity, crunch, and smelling the different nut packages. I’m proud of it.
