Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 shallot
- 1 handful hazelnut
- apple cider vinegar
- olive oil
- salt
Recipe
- Dice the avocado. Mince the shallot thinly.
- Roast the hazelnuts and chop roughly.
- Mix all in, and season with apple cider vinegar (put probably double what your instinct tells you), olive oil, sea salt.
- You could put hazelnut butter in it, but it’s really not adding so much.
