Ingredients
- 2 parsnips
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 carrots
- 2 red beets
- or: zucchini, aubergine, red pepper
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- Oven: 170 °C.
- Cut veggies into strips (with a peeler or a machine).
- Toss veggies with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper, rosemary.
- Bake for 15 min at least.
- Freeze in batches.
