Mustard-herb butter

4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (113 g) butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup herbs: parsley, thyme, sage, basil

Recipe

  1. Chop the herbs very finely.
  2. Stir the butter and mustard until smooth.
  3. Stir in herbs season with 1/8 tsp pepper (and 1/4 tsp salt if butter is not salted).
  4. Fridge for 1 week, freezer for 1 month.
