Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (113 g) butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup herbs: parsley, thyme, sage, basil
Recipe
- Chop the herbs very finely.
- Stir the butter and mustard until smooth.
- Stir in herbs season with 1/8 tsp pepper (and 1/4 tsp salt if butter is not salted).
- Fridge for 1 week, freezer for 1 month.
