Artichokes and kale

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of artichokes in oil (the whole small things better than the hearts)
  • some kale (a lot, it shrinks)
  • parmesan
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice

Recipe

  1. Slice artichokes into long thin chunks.
  2. Pan on medium high heat. Fry artichokes in some olive oil.
  3. Add the kale, cook until it shrinks.
  4. Mix with parmesan, salt and pepper.
