Ingredients
- 1 jar of artichokes in oil (the whole small things better than the hearts)
- some kale (a lot, it shrinks)
- parmesan
- olive oil
- lemon juice
Recipe
- Slice artichokes into long thin chunks.
- Pan on medium high heat. Fry artichokes in some olive oil.
- Add the kale, cook until it shrinks.
- Mix with parmesan, salt and pepper.
