Roasted veggies (as a side)

Ingredients

something like

  • 1/2 a butternut squash
  • a few potatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • sprigs of rosemary
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  1. Oven: 180 °C.
  2. Cut veggies into cubes.
  3. Toss veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper, rosemary.
  4. Bake for 30 min to 1 h.
