Balsamic mushrooms

We made this once with Matthaeus for a nice dinner together.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 12 ounces (340 g) button mushrooms (champignons de Paris)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Recipe

  1. Half or quarter mushrooms.
  2. Heat oil, medium-high.
  3. Cook mushrooms until gold brown (5 minutes).
  4. Add vinegar, flakes, salt, some black pepper.
  5. Cook for another minute.
