Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 340 g grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pesto (maybe rather 1/2 cup)
Recipe
- Mince the garlic (2 cloves). Halve the tomatoes (340g).
- Heat olive oil on medium-low heat in a pan. Add garlic and tomatoes, cook for ~5 minutes until tomatoes are bursting.
- Cook more for a deeper caramelization, less for a lighter flavored sauce.
- Add heavy cream (1/2 cup, or less?) and pesto (1/4 cup, or more?).
- Simmer, taste, adjust flavors.
- If cooking with chicken or fish, cook them before then bring back into the sauce to warm up.
