Ingredients
- 200 g rucola
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g bacon cubes
- 1 small ciabatta bread
- 1/2 cup olives
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 garlic clove
- pinch of sugar
- 30-40 g butter
- salt and pepper
- italian herbs (herbes de provence)
Recipe
- Wash rucola. Dice tomatoes. Crumble feta.
- Cook bacon cubes, set aside.
- Cube the bread and grill in the pan in butter.
- Press the garlic. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, sugar, garlic. Season.
- Mix tomatoes with salt and italian herbs, a dash of olive oil, Toss.
- Add olives, bacon and feta, toss.
- Add rucola, bread and dressing.
