- 28-ounce (800 g) can tomatoes, including juice
- 1 onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 to 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 handful cilantro
- 3 tbsp lime juice
Recipe
- Chop onion. Deseed and chop jalapeno. Mince garlic. Chop cilantro.
- Blend all ingredients together.
