Salsa

4 cups

Ingredients

  • 28-ounce (800 g) can tomatoes, including juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 to 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 3 tbsp lime juice

Recipe

  1. Chop onion. Deseed and chop jalapeno. Mince garlic. Chop cilantro.
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
