This banan bread is a tried and tested recipe. I didn’t find any better out there.
Experience
- 11/05/2020: 1/2 cup sugar (instead of 1 cup), 2 tbsp sour cream + 2 tbsp milk. It was dry and a bit tasteless. Don’t recommend.
- 03/11/2020: made them in mini format, baked for 25 min. Nice, but did not have the nice crust that I like on the banana bread.
- 14/08/2021: 3/4 cup sugar (and thick cream instead of sour) made for really good mini banana breads (12)
- 24/02/2024: for the microbakery, one cake ie half this recipe weighs in theory 560, in reality less, more like 515
